Thank you for taking a moment to allow us to introduce ourselves.  We are Inter-Tech Communications, a Samsung certified dealer serving Northeast Wisconsin.  Inter-Tech was started in 2002, but our technicians have been installing and servicing systems in the area since 1989.

All of our  technicians are Samsung certified and have over forty five years of combined experience in the telephone industry.  Our services include commercial telephone and voicemail systems, nurse call systems,  voice and network wiring,  overhead paging and associated peripherals such as un-interruptible power supplies, headsets, lightning protection, etc. 

Our tiered service rate plan begins at $60.00 per hour for cable installation and other basic services, and a service rate of $80.00 per hour for programming and troubleshooting.  A first ½ hour minimum charge applies to all on-site work requests and varies depending on job site location.  We stock complete working systems for emergency service and we have on-call technicians 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
